• Which file should I choose to install into my device after downloaded and unzipped?

After Decompressing your Apolsoft Android SMS Transfer.zip,you can see a file .apk. You can copy it to your android phone then run it.

• Do I have to back up my downloaded software? Can I get another copy from you later?

No,you don't have to backup the downloaded software. You can always download it from our Web site. It's advisable to backup the registration key file, but only for the sake of saving your own time in case you lose it, as you'd have to request a new one from us. We'll send you a replacement should you need it.

• Is your online order secure?

A: Upgrades for our shareware products are always free for registered users. Please keep you eyes on our site to get upgrade info. Please download the update version by yourself, and you can register it using the same license code.
Each licence includes unlimited updates and no time limitations. Don't need to pay again to get the latest version!

• When will I receive the registration code after I order online successfully?

Less than 60 seconds. Once you finish the online order, you will receive an email contain the registration code immediately. If you do not received your registration code, please check your email spam folder or send as an email to require resending the code.

• I registered the your software, but still have the function limited. Why?

This mainly because you do not register the software correctly. Please enter the regname and regcode we sent you via email to active the software. And please note that the regname and regcode is case-sensitive.

• I lost my registration code, how do I get it back?

Contact support@apolsoft.com to have lost or forgotten registration codes resent.

• How do I get invoice for my online order?

We provide an electronic invoice for every purchase. After your order is  processed successfully, our payment platform will send you a confirmation mail. You can click the link of the invoice in the e-mail and print it by yourself.
